I never posted this Dark Matter video to the blog when I uploaded it almost a year ago, but I feel it's time now. Recent events and discussions have reignited my need to delve into theory and understanding for what I believe I witnessed in 2011. While I know that seems like so long ago now, in my mind it seems to remain as vivid as the night it took place (as vivid as the last time I recalled it, according to the neuropsychology of memory).
I still do not have any declarations to make on what exactly I saw and felt one night in fall of 2011. I am no closer to answers for the world at large, or even myself. It keeps me guessing, believing in the possibility of "the other", and hoping to find myself facing more experiences similar to this one in future investigations. I guess my only wish is that I can experience something this profound again, even if it's not at the same place it occurred the first time. This is a visual experience I'm grateful for, but that I also, like so many who search for the paranormal, want more of. I would be insane to think I'm the only one who perceives this mysterious world that way. I love what I've got under my belt, but it absolutely should be a motivating force to keep attempting to experience the unknown.
